Consent and attestations
Some tools use a person’s photo or voice. Before one of them runs, you need to tick a one-sentence statement under its form. Without it the tool won’t run, and an API request without it is refused too.

It isn’t a formality. The statement is kept with the job as a record, because AI images or a cloned voice of a person can hurt that person if they’re misused.
Photos of people
Section titled “Photos of people”Used by Images, Background Studio (Edit and Background image modes), and every tool that restyles a photo, like Anime, Comic, WPAP and Text Portrait. It reads:
This is my own photo, or everyone in it agreed to me using it.
If you picked the photo from Unsplash or Pexels in the image picker, the sentence changes. A stock license covers the photo, not the people in it, so you confirm you’re using it under its license and won’t show the people in it in a misleading or offensive way, or as if they back something.
Photos of children
Section titled “Photos of children”Used by Newborn and Age Transform. A child can’t agree for themselves, so the parent or guardian confirms:
I’m the parent or legal guardian of the child in this photo, or the person in it is an adult who agreed. I won’t make sexual or degrading content of children.
Your own voice
Section titled “Your own voice”Used by Voice Clone:
This is my own voice, and I consent to cloning it. Cloning anyone else’s voice is not allowed.
What’s still not allowed
Section titled “What’s still not allowed”Ticking the box doesn’t make every request fine. Content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy still isn’t allowed, and credits spent on a request like that are not refunded.
