Plans and add-ons
A free account can already use every tool, with credits you buy. A paid plan is mostly about storage: your results are kept instead of deleted after an hour. On top of that you get more workspaces and team members, plus bonus credits every month. The tools are the same, and they’re still paid with credits.

Storage is counted per account and shared by all your workspaces. Bonus credits are spent first and reset each period. The details are in AI credits.
Paying and renewing
Section titled “Paying and renewing”Plans are paid from your balance, not with AI credits. Pick a plan on the Plan tab, monthly or yearly, and confirm.
- It renews on its own from your balance at the end of each period, until you cancel.
- Balance short at renewal? The plan stays on for a short grace period while we try again every hour. Top up in that time and it renews by itself. If it still can’t renew, it moves to Free and its add-ons end.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and what’s left of that period isn’t refunded.
Upgrading and downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading and downgrading”- An upgrade starts right away. You pay the difference for the time left in this period, and the next renewal is at the new price.
- Monthly to yearly starts a new year now, with the unused part of the month counted toward it.
- A downgrade, or yearly to monthly, starts at your next renewal and costs nothing today. Add-ons the smaller plan can’t hold end at that renewal.
When a plan ends, you can still open and download your files for 30 days. After that, files over your new storage are deleted, oldest first. See media library.
Add-ons
Section titled “Add-ons”Add-ons are available from the Creator plan up, on the Add-ons tab:
- Extra workspace.
- Extra members.
- Extra storage: +5 GB, +15 GB or +30 GB.
An add-on bought partway through a period only costs the part that’s left. After that it renews with your plan, in the same charge. You can cancel it any time, and it stays on until the period ends.
